Palate
On the palate, ripe Golden Delicious apple stands front and center, with a hint of caramelization providing pretty contrast. Yellow fruit continues through the medium-bodied palate, made complete with a touch of creaminess and smoothly-integrated French oak.
Aging
11 months on lees in 50% new French oak.
