Aromas of black currant, tarragon, and pipe tobacco. Flavors of cassis, leather, and graphite complement this wine’s fine-grained tannins and balanced acidity.

Notes cherry preserves, tarragon, and anise on the nose. Flavors of kola, candied red plum, lavender on the full mid-palate with fine grained tannins with a smooth finish.

The Cinsault was sourced from the Creston District while the Grenache originated from the Estrella District. Light, clean and crisp.

Robert Hall Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of black currants, cedar, and spice. The wine is full-bodied with cocoa and plush ripe fruit flavors supported by balanced velvety tannins.

Our Cavern Select Carbonic Carignan has notes of black cherries, pomegranate, and herbs. Flavors of raspberries, bubble gum, and spice on the mid-palate with bright acidity and slightly effervescent finish.

Our Sparkling Grenache Blanc has notes of lemon peel, chalk, and brioche. Fine bubbles accompany pear and papaya flavors with a clean finish.

Robert Hall Paso Red has aromas of berry cobbler, and savory herbs, and tobacco. The wine is full-bodied with fine grained tannins on the mid-palate and a long finish.

Robert Hall Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of green apple, citrus, and lemon grass. Refreshingly dry and light-bodied with a crisp acidity, wrapped around a mineral core.

Our Cavern Select Syrah has notes of blackberry, sweet tobacco, and chocolate on the nose. Flavors of boysenberry preserves, black currant, and dried herbs fill out this round, full bodied wine. The wine has beautiful dusty tannins and a soft lingering finish.
