Private Reserve is our version of a Grand Cru or our “best of the best”. This wine is crafted each year from our favorite barrels in the cellar to create a beautiful and powerful wine.

Our 2019 Grenache has aromas of plums, cherries and a hint of vanilla. Cherry, raspberry and coffee flavors greet the palate, opening to notes of holiday spices and toasty oak. This enjoyable, medium bodied wine has integrated tannins that lead to a long, lingering finish.
This dark garnet-hued wine boasts a perfect marriage of oak and fruit. There is a lively display of plums and pomegranate with blackberry and licorice on the nose, accompanied by dark cherries, pomegranate and dark chocolate on the palate. This well-structured wine has firm tannins and a long finish.
Blackberries, plums and toasty oak set the tone for the 2018 Syrah. Blueberry aromas are enhanced by dark chocolate and vanilla notes. A complex, full-bodied wine with young, firm tannins and a jammy, black pepper finish.
Our flagship Bordeaux blend, Sentio, is sourced from grapes on the west side of Paso Robles. The nose offers currants and blackberry jam with hints of tobacco. The mouth is rich with blackberries and black olives with notes of toasty oak and dark chocolate. The firm tannins lead to a long and lingering finish.

A wonderful Grenache blend filled with aromas of blackberries, pomegranate and roasted coffee beans. The French oak influence is apparent with the vanilla and toasty oak notes. Pronounced flavors of cherries, blackberries, pomegranate and cola mingle together and deliver a long finish with great acidity.
Syrah lovers rejoice, Diosa is here! This red Rhône blend entices with aromas of dark cherries, violets, cola and mushrooms. Notes of blackberry jam and cherries lead into a melding of chocolate truffles and earthy flavors. This fan-favorite wine is full-bodied with soft tannins and a long, persistent finish.
Pleasing aromatics of Mandarin orange zest, nectarines and apricots. The wine opens to a creamy mouth-feel of seasonal stone fruit and lemon curd. The soft and round mouth-feel leads to flavors of tangerine, apricot and roasted almonds with a long finish.
The 2018 Vin Rouge has a bright nose full of blueberries, cherries and licorice, with a hint of cocoa and anise notes. The mouth is concentrated with blackberries, cherries, chocolate and toasty oak. The wine has a medium body with firm young tannins and a long finish.
