Nose
The wine offers citrus and floral notes on the nose.
Palate
The balance of fruit and acid is just one of the many characteristics attributed to the wine’s integration with the natural clay of the tank. A subtle minerality with a pleasant weight and texture, and a creamy finish are also associated with the use of the amphora.
Harvest
Comprised of 100% Grenache Blanc, the fruit was harvested off La Vista Vineyard in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles.
Winemaking
Vinified and aged in a terra cotta amphora.
