The 2020 Claude’s Cuvee is based in Syrah from one of our cooler climate vineyards, lending itself to an Old World-leaning wine with a Hermitage-reminiscent bouquet of fine white pepper, rosewater, stewed strawberry, and rhubarb. Medium to full bodied and vibrantly fruity, with stewed brambleberry, crushed granite, and dark chocolate. The tannins are creamy, smooth, and long-lasting. Aged in 70% new French oak for 22 months.

The 2020 G2 Syrah is 91% Syrah, 5% Mataro, and 4% Grenache. Almost all of the Syrah comes from Block 8 of the G2 vineyard, a south facing slope with extremely thin and rocky topsoil. The wine is intensely masculine and offers notes of black fruit, Christmas spices, and chocolate. The acid and tannins are in perfect balance, resulting in a wine with impressive age ability. Aged in 70% new French oak.

The 2020 Maturin hails solely from the esteemed James Berry Vineyard in the heart of the Willow Creek District. This vintage of Maturin offers a slightly more serious and masculine expression compared to the previous fruit-driven 2019 vintage. Pure, bright ruby colored in the glass, this wine takes you on a seamless journey beginning with ripe black cherry and cocoa on the nose. The palate blossoms with bright lively acidity with notes of fig, eucalyptus, and spicy white pepper. Aged in 75% new French Cavin barrels and the remainder in neutral French for 22 months. 112 cases produced. Enjoy now until 2033.

This Zinfandel co-ferment we do for our Uncle Tom Westberg. He made wine for three decades in Paso Robles and Zinfandel was his favorite varietal to work with. Winemaker, Don Burns, co-ferments with Tempranillo and Petite Sirah for a brighter and fresher take on single varietal Zins. It's an alluring garnet in color. This unique marriage was aged in 70% new French oak for 22 months. Bourbon-soaked cherries and Japanese plum accented with tempered spice and leather. This wine is mid to full pallet with spectacular acidity and a long-lasting finish.

Our take on the classic GSM blend, Willow’s Cuvée has been elevated with a touch of Graciano, a Spanish variety. This addition deepens the wine’s allure, lending a deeper color, layer of spice and heightened acidity. Aromatics of olallieberry, blood orange blossom, and peppercorn spices emerge gracefully in the glass, promising a complex sensory experience. It presents strength and elegance with refined tannins across the mid-palate, culminating in a compelling and persistent finish. Drink now through 2033.

The 2021 Willow White boasts a beautiful golden translucence. An aromatic medley unfolds with ripe cantaloupe, toasted brioche, and candied Meyer lemon. The palate bursts with fresh apricot, lively pink peppercorn, zesty key lime, and generous acidity.
