A brief history
Villicana Winery is also home to RE:FIND Distillery, Paso Robles' first craft distillery (est. 2011). The relationship between our wines and spirits is symbiotic resulting in premium libations. Our wine production is 100% estate grown and extremely limited with a focus on beautifully balanced red wines. Alex and Monica Villicana personally planted their westside vineyard in the late 90s and continue to meticulously farm their estate vineyard today.
Our philosophy is to create wines that can be enjoyed on their own and at the table. Our tasting experience is education focused and authentic. Our handcrafted spirits (vodka/gin) are sustainably distilled from Paso grapes. Our whiskies are 100% fermented, distilled, and aged on-site. Come taste and experience our unique story.
