The 2021 Self-Titled is a blend of equal parts of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec. The nose pops out of the glass with aromas of cherry pie, tomato leaf and herbaceous notes. The palate has a flavorful entrance with a velvety texture and soft tannins which lead to a long, smooth finish. Flavors of dried cranberry, white peppercorn, and savory notes round out the palate for a delicious Bordeaux-style blend.
