Palate
This wine is both sweet and savory at once, densely packed with purple plums and black fruits, leather, graphite, licorice, and Asian plum sauce. The palate is thick an dense without being heavy, and reminds me of black strap molasses which is followed by a mouthful of spicy, developed tannins with an obvious grip.
