Palate

This wine is very nuanced and may be the most layered Chenin that we’ve bottled so far. Upfront aromas of papaya and key lime pie, with an herbal peppery quality. White tea. Meyer lemon. Tarragon. White chalk. The palate is soft, round, and supple palate with focused acidity.

This is a bottle you can open out of the fridge for a refresher, or sit with a glass before dinner, and let the flavors evolve and develop as it warms up.
