A myriad of mixed reds fruits on the palate, bright red apple add lots of minerality, spice and a smooth dry finish.

An extremely small crop due to drought conditions helped produce this expressive and terrior driven field blend.

Winemaking

The grapes were co-fermented after whole cluster foot stomped and left to ferment for 12 days before pressing.

Aging

Elevage for 22 months in Italian Terracotta Amphora.
