A first for Autry Cellars, our 2018 Albariño is a delight of the senses. This hard-to-find Spanish varietal, grown only in specialized areas like the Edna Valley, will sell fast and is easy to drink. Made with grapes from the famed Paragon Vineyard, this wine is full of caramel and stone fruit flavors and is perfect with your cheese plate or white fish dish. Each year’s Rosé is unique; like a solo, it’s different every time. Our 2021 blend is a beautiful, peachy rose-pink, the deeper color attributable to twenty-four hours of skin contact. This harmonious vintage feature equal amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot, Petite Sirah, Pinot Noir, Primitivo, and Cabernet Franc. Each variety is fermented separately and blended after fermentation is complete, just before bottling. In the resulting ensemble, each member rises and simultaneously embellishes the melody, a style known as group improvisation. You’ll note bright acidity with tastes of ripe strawberries, raspberries, and grapefruit. It ends with a dry finish and a hint of chocolate. Would pair well with scallops, white fish, pork loin, black forest cake or brownies. 60 cases produced. Grapes from multiple vineyards in San Luis Obispo County. Serves best at fifty-five degrees.

Our Sauvignon Blanc is fruit-forward, with a note of white pepper on the nose, and finishes of caramel, cantaloupe, and white nectarine. This will pair well with a citrus-glazed pork loin, melon wrapped in prosciutto, or a mild whitefish. This year’s vintage is not barrel aged. Grapes from Stillwaters Vineyard, 47 cases produced.

Autry Cellars signature wine blend is outstanding! Our hand-crafted dry Bordeaux blend is made from 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, and 20% Cabernet Franc. A smooth, easy drinking wine, its balanced tannic structure sustains flavors of black cherry, licorice, and a smoky white and black pepper finish. The acidity in the wine will pair well with scallops, shrimp scampi pasta, aged cheeses, cured meats, and vegetarian options. Aged one year in American oak, 60 cases produced, sourced from Still Waters Vineyard.
