Palate

Loaded with beautiful tannins and power, Vertigo has become a wine that we use about 30% whole cluster fermentation. Leaving grapes on the stems adds a lot of spice and tannin and makes the wine completely different than a whole-berry wine like Fracture. With a heavy dose of Syrah and Mourvèdre, this wine has mass and density but it made elegant and approachable by the Grenache. Drink now or age gracefully for 8-10 years.
