The perfect pair, equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, produces big aromas of spiced cherries, mocha, tobacco and lead pencil shavings. The rich cherry character carries throughout with notes of leather and dried herbs, the finish shows the vintage’s darker and more rugged tannic style that will allow the wine to age beautifully. Pair with fire grilled filet mignon or a cajun spiced ribeye.

Deep, dark color reflects a nose filled with black and blue fruits, bacon fat, and black olive tapenade. Your palate gets coated with rich, blueberry cobbler, peppered meats, and a chalky minerality. Full bodied, round, and lush the ripe tannins lead to a great finish with beauty and power. Enjoy this with brisket, bbq ribs, or even kahlua pork.

The epitome of Grenache grown in the Paso Robles Willow Creek District was captured perfectly with this wine. The concrete aging vessel this wine was brought up in helps to showcase its pretty side alongside the mineral driven characters. Bright pops of pepper-laden spiced maraschino cherries, pomegranate, and dried rose petals. The palate showcases our chalky, calcareous, limestone soils and finishes with great length and lively acidity.

The second coming, and by popular demand, another staple in the lineup is this beautiful expression of Mourvèdre fermented with 60% whole cluster. Raw, savage aromas of blackened beef, leather, and damp forest floor couple with sweet notes of vanilla and dark roast coffee. The palate is filled with rugged spice, chocolate-covered fruits, wet stone, and lively acidity. The stem inclusion and native ferment provide a gentle chewiness to the tannin as the wine finishes with great length and freshness.
