Palate

The 2019 Tempranillo with 30 months of barrel age shows great balance and tilts its hat to its Spanish homeland in Rioja with notes of red cherry, red plum, vanilla, cigar box spices, tobacco, leather, and dried fig. Characteristic Tempranillo tannins build on the mid and back palate and send the wine finishing in all directions, making it a great dinner companion for a variety of meat dishes. If you are able to cellar this wine and wait, the gifts of patience and age will not go unnoticed.
