Palate

There is a pleasure-filled satin texture, rich mid- palate, with an opulent juicy finish

Winemaking

Grenache and Syrah were de-stemmed, fermented, and aged separately in small, open-top bins for 20 days on skins, with a combination of pump-overs and punch-downs during cold- soak and fermentation.

Aging

Components aged 20 months. Grenache in neutral 500-liter puncheon, Syrah in 265-liter barrique, 35% new.
