Palate

This Cabernet Sauvignon is full of mouth-watering rich flavors of grilled herbs, olive leaf, black currants, red raspberry, cola nut, and licorice. The wine has muscular tannins and ends with a smokey finish.

California appellation sourcing fruit/wine that exhibits most complexity and structure.

Winemaking

Stainless steel fermented. Fermented and/or aged with New French Oak. Trying to make an as structured wine as possible. After alcohol is removed, natural, organic flavors are added back to adjust for any flavors lost in the process.
