Opolo Vineyards has a long established reputation of growing and producing award winning wines in Paso Robles, California. With nearly 300 acres of vines on the east and west side of Paso Robles, Opolo Vineyards is privy to a wide range in climate, soil and growing potential—allowing extensive range of varietals to flourish. The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon is boldly aromatic with scents of black cherry, black olive, leather and cinnamon. A rich, expansive mouthfeel displays a seamless range of red, blue and black fruits with accents of tobacco, caramel and toasty oak. Chewy tannins bring density to a smooth, polished finish. A banner vintage for Opolo Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for 16 months in 40% new French oak barrels.
