Produced from our Estate vines, the Chardonnay remains consistent in style, quality, and character year after year.This rich wine has hints of Meyer lemon and sweet apple blossom that complement the more savory flavors such as toffee and pie crust that come through on the palate. The Chardonnay is well balanced with light toasted oak notes making its structure a medium-bodied wine. Touches of salinity linger on the finish.

Our Viognier displays aromas of tropical fruits and ripe honeydew. This medium-bodied white has notes of tangerine with subtle hits of ginger on the palate. The sweet kiwi and litchi flavors join the lively briny acidity to create a balanced wine.

Eberles Zinfandel has all the traditional elements of hearty zin, but its elegant style sets it apart from any other Zinfandel. Our 2019 Zinfandel is well-structured with upfront tannins, juicy flavors of raspberry, cherry, and black plum with a touch of red licorice and black pepper. While this vintage is still young, it is showing the promise of growing into a finely aged vintage.

Sangiovese completes a balancing act between being a fruit-forward and rustic wine. The bright Bing cherry and cranberry flavors round off the savory herbaceous and subtle tomato flavors in harmony. This medium-bodied Italian varietal has lingering acid with an essence of fresh-picked strawberry.

The Cabernet Sauvignon is one of Eberle's flagship wines. Our Estate Cabernet is full-bodied with rich black cherry and bright cassis notes. It has firm tannins with lush acidity. Subtle hints of cocoa and Brûlée linger on the dry finish.

The 2018 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is one for the books. This wine is robust with its lingering tannings and high acid. The black cherry and currant fruit are well-balanced with the structure of the wine. The deep ruby wine teases you with chocolate peppermint and leather as it dances around the wine glass.
2019 has Trousseau is known for its lighter color and fragrant cherry and forest berries. Touriga is a beast and mostly contributes to body and color. These two varietals may be opposites but work well to make a beautiful Port. Together you get chocolate dust-dried cherry with hints of fig and dried herbs. This is an uber balanced full-body.

Exotic passion fruit and kiwi greet your palate when you first try the 2021 Côtes-du-Rôbles Blanc. Key lime and honeysuckle flavors compliment subtle hints of slate and beeswax. The fruit and acidity coat your palate, lingering until the next sip. The bright fruit and briny acidity make for a balanced, medium-light-bodied wine, making this an ideal pairing partner.

As the soft rose gold hue Rosé swirls in your glass enticing the aromas of pink grapefruit and lychee greet your first sip. Hints of papaya, dragon fruit, and a touch of passion fruit engulf your palate. The Rosé is refreshingly vibrant with bright acidity and a lingering fruit finish.

At first sip, you taste a bouquet of berries; fresh strawberries, and ripe raspberries. Your nose and palate pick up delicate hints of rose petals, biscuits, with a touch of graphite. The wine has juicy fruit, bright acidity, and soft melting tannins making it a great bistro wine.
