Palate

The 2015 Authenticity represents why we love to incorporate whole clusters into our fermentations. When the stars align and the entire cluster is beautifully ripe, the resulting wine becomes so much more than the sum of its stem and fruit parts. With freshness accompanies rich yet delicate red fruit and laces the aromas and palate with peppery spice. Seekers, this wine has that “it” factor that is easier to taste than describe.

Growing Conditions

100% Paderewski Vineyard - One east-facing peachy limestone precipice

Paderewski Vineyard:

Travel just west of Paso Robles, and you will find Paderewski Vineyard: 67 acres of undulating, steep, limestone rich hillsides within 570 rural, spring-fed acres. In the early 1900’s, this vineyard was cherished and farmed by world-renowned pianist, Polish diplomat, and vintner, Ignacy Jan Paderewski. Fast forward a century, and this property stood forgotten and fallow. Lucky for us, in 2004, we became the stewards of this amazing piece of property.
