Winemaking

This Rhone-style blend is created by harvesting the
grapes on the day that optimal maturity is attained for
each of the varieties. The grapes are co-fermented and
the resulting wine is aged in hogshead barrels. As a
result, the flavors are harmonious, the tannins are
smooth and the oak integration is gentle.

Food Pairing

Red wine braised beef shank with caramelized onion and
mushrooms served over gemelli pasta.
