Soft, supple, alluring, well-integrated fine and polished tannins coast to a suave, elegant finish.

Winemaking

3-5 day cold soak, followed by pump-overs 3 times per day during fermentation.

Aging

Pressed into neutral French oak 500-L puncheons and 265-L French oak barriques. 5% whole clusters. Aged 10 months.
