Nose
Aromatically taught and sweet, the senses are immediately infiltrated by blueberry jam, brown butter, and a sweet anise and vanilla bean combo that comes across as decadent creme brulee. A more subtle overtone of dry dates, tart and sticky raspberry, and orange peel provide an almost effervescent layer of complexity.
Palate
The entry is thickly layered and bright with juicy forms of cranberry and strawberry that immediately build with a formidable and immediate amount of texture. A texture that quickly disperses more broadly onto the mid-palate with flavors of dark chocolate, sweet bread, and a pop of grapefruit juice. The palate is underlined by tart red fruits and silky tannins and a consistent shot of fruit sweetness that is seen from start to finish.
