Our Sauvignon Blanc is fruit-forward, with a note of white pepper on the nose, and finishes of caramel, cantaloupe, and white nectarine. Autry Cellars signature wine blend is outstanding! Our hand-crafted dry Bordeaux blend is made from 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, and 20% Cabernet Franc. A smooth, easy drinking wine, its balanced tannic structure sustains flavors of black cherry, licorice, and a smoky white and black pepper finish. The acidity in the wine will pair well with scallops, shrimp scampi pasta, aged cheeses, cured meats, and vegetarian options. This is an easy drinking, cool climate Cabernet: ruby slipper red in color, velvety on the tongue with lush bright cherry flavors. It will pair nicely with a hearty steak or spiced pork chop. From Still Waters Vineyards, 35% new American oak. Aged 1.5 years, 60 cases produced.

Nontraditional cool-climate Syrah from the Edna Valley with plum on the nose and strong oak and strawberry flavors. Fruit-forward with a dry finish. It is fantastic with aged white cheddar, carbonara pasta, or chicken cordon blue. Aged in American oak for 2 years. 70 cases produced.

Silver Medal in the 2021 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition! A new variety for Autry Cellars, our Italian varietal 2017 Primitivo is a close cousin to Zinfandel. Both come from a Croatian variety called Crljenak. Crushed, and fermented on the skin for maximum flavor, aroma, and color extraction, our Primitivo is another wonderful vintage from Still Waters Vineyards. Bright, floral, with berry notes, inviting aromas and a cherry nose, the hints of caramel-vanilla come from the oak aging process. This will pair nicely with roasted pork, chicken, salmon or even portobello mushroom steaks. Aged in 50% new American oak for 3 years, 80 cases produced.

Silver Medal 2024 Central Coast Wine Competition Our first new 2023 release will delight your senses with black cherry, chocolate, and licorice. Eighteen months in 37.5% new American Oak created a light-bodied, medium-tannic-structured wine with a slightly dry finish. This wine will be your new go-to for everyday use with food. Try it with T-bone steak, pommes frites, chicken parmesan, roasted poultry, or Bolognese, and you’ll fall in love. Aged 18 months in American Oak, Jack Ranch Farms, 60 cases produced.

Silver 2024 Central Coast Wine Competition This year’s Merlot is a little different than previous years. It has tart cherry and olallieberry flavors. It is medium-bodied, with oak and coconut on the finish. It pairs well with pork loin, spicy sausage, fruit tartlets, and compotes. Still Waters Vineyard, American Oak for 6 months, 35 cases.

Silver Medal in the 2024 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition We think this Viognier is bright and refreshing, with citrus based acidity, notes of honeysuckle, melon, and honeydew with a stone fruit and pear finish. Enjoy this wine at a backyard BBQ with friends and neighbors. Food pairings: light white fish, garlic shrimp skewers, charcuterie plate, or spicy Thai food. Aged one month in American oak, 55 cases produced, sourced from Still Waters Vineyards. Serves best at 55-60 degrees F.

2021 Petite Sirah — RESERVE (Paso Robles) This is a wine club exclusive RESERVE; only one barrel was produced. SIP (Sustainability in Practice) Certified, this well-balanced Petite Sirah presents with aromas of dark fruits. The middle has plum, dark cherry, and black pepper spiciness flavors, while dark chocolate, firm tannins, caramel, and vanilla are in the finish. It pairs well with beef, game, hearty stews, Italian cuisine, or other big, spicy foods. Sourced from 2019 Wine Grower of the Year Paul Hoover’s Still Waters Vineyards in Creston, California. Aged 2.75 years in American oak; 24 cases produced.

Laid to rest in Hungarian Oak for five and a half years, our master distiller has produced a Brandy with a velvet texture and supple vanilla and butterscotch notes. Fleeting aromas of bittersweet chocolates and light black peppercorns match the flavors in the glass giving a unique but full mouthfeel.
