The palate is washed in sour cherry preserves, citrus peel and earthy spice. A warming luscious red with a slight savory quality alluding to Adzuki [red bean paste] creates a rich, captivating wine with a minerally driven finish.
This vintage features fruit from Paperstreet, G2, Spanish Springs, Gateway & Parrish Family.
Fermentation took place over 3 weeks in Stainless.
18 months in 40% New Oak.
