Luxardo cherry, spiced, dark red fruits and just a bit of funk create a decadent nose to the 2020 Lapsus, along with an aroma reminiscent of clafoutis from Limousin, France


The palate is washed in sour cherry preserves, citrus peel and earthy spice. A warming luscious red with a slight savory quality alluding to Adzuki [red bean paste] creates a rich, captivating wine with a minerally driven finish.

Fermentation took place over 3 weeks in Stainless.


18 months in 40% New Oak.
