silky tannins expressing the longevity of aging potential. Chocolate
cherry and cassis swirl together on the palate with a long, drawn-out
finish hinting at sun baked river stones, dried green herbs and Adzuki red bean paste.

Growing Conditions

This vintage we sourced fruit from Gateway, Parrish Family, L'Aventure and Hawks Hill Ranch.


Fermentation took place over 3 weeks in a combination of Concrete and Stainless Steel.


18 Months in 80% New Oak
