This varietal has unique richness with flavors of honey, cashews and a finish of Bosc Pear. A luau of mango, guava, pineapple tropical flavors. The finish is long with fresh lemon zest and jasmine.
Winemaking
This 100% Marsanne is cold fermented in stainless steel.
Food Pairing
Pairs well with seared scallops in a brown butter and shallot sauce. This is a perfect picnic wine! Enjoy with pineapple mango salsa on fresh Himalayan salt potato chips and tuna salad in butter lettuce cups will happily occupy your picnic blanket with this wine. Or, enjoy with fried calamari as a perfect aperitif for your evening's festivities. For pajama-party evenings, this wine would easily snuggle up with a cheesy tuna melt.
