Palate
If you are a Block B lover, this is your wine. It is just so Block B! If you are new to Block B and thus have probably never coveted the juxtaposition of earth, brine, black olive, raw meat and iodine alongside white flowers, black fruits, anise and chocolate in your wine, then welcome. You will never view Syrah the same again! The 2012 Block B captivates your nose and palate with its addicting iconoclastic, unforgettable flavors – deliciously itself and very age worthy.

Paderewski Vineyard:
Travel just west of Paso Robles, and you will find Paderewski Vineyard: 67 acres of undulating, steep, limestone rich hillsides within 570 rural, spring-fed acres. In the early 1900’s, this vineyard was cherished and farmed by world-renowned pianist, Polish diplomat, and vintner, Ignacy Jan Paderewski. Fast forward a century, and this property stood forgotten and fallow. Lucky for us, in 2004, we became the stewards of this amazing piece of property.
