Rosehip, pomegranate, cinnamon stick, cola, and a hint of orange rind and cigar leaf dominate the nose.


A multilayered mouthfeel, funning the gambit from black cherry to black currant, cocoa powder, and chai spice lead to a lengthy, dark rich finish.


Both varietals came from the the same block off our Domenico Estate vineyard. We co-fermented these two varietals together in addition to the inclusion of dried stems. This wine also benefited from a healthy native fermentation.
