Nose
Clean wine. Fresh fruit expression with a moderate intensity of aromas of Red Plum, Red Currants, and Dried Cherry/Cranberry/Blood Orange. Fruit notes are dusted with Red Pepper Chili Flakes and Dried Spices. Minerals like crushed rocks surround the nose and the ever slightly present vegetal green pyrazine notes lies between each layer “the Tempo” has to offer.
Palate
Clean wine. Spices, fruit, and Vegetal notes were confirmed. Dry wine. Medium (+) Acidity (backbone/spine), Medium (+) body, Medium (+) Alcohol, Medium Tannin. Wine is very balanced.
