Nose
Gentle expression of light red fruit, citrus character. Crisp and refreshing down the center of the palate. this wine has that lingering finish that makes you thirsty for more. This elegant Rose of Cabernet Franc was barrel fermented in once used French Oak barrels where it was never racked until bottling.
Growing Conditions
West side Vineyard (Adelaida AVA, Paso Robles). The fruit from this site was used specifically for our Rose. The treatment of the vineyard all done with intent, and the time of when we picked it very much done with intent towards the final product.
Aging
Fermented and aged entirely in once used French oak barrels for 5 months, on the lees with twice monthly battonage
