Picked at night and processed into appropriately sized tanks, these lots were kept on skins for a range of 10-20 days in order to manage extraction appropriately. PV always receives the least maceration time due to its prolific tannins.
Aged in a mixture of 225L French oak barriques and 500L French oak puncheons for 20 months prior to bottling. 30% of the oak was new.
