This big boy has solid tannins and has a very concentrated texture to the mouthfeel. This wine seems to linger for several minutes and continues to improve in the glass for several hours. Decant 2 hours.

Vines grow on extremely steep chalky limestone soils of this vineyard.

Fermented in 1.5 ton open top fermenters.
