Palate

The light creamy texture of this wine has a lovely long finish of pineapple and fresh peach. Creamy meringue with mineral notes on the palate leads to a long finish of Pommelo.

Winemaking

This 100% Roussanne is cold fermented in stainless steel.

A variety of food pairings are possible: Will pair perfectly with lobster ravioli in a tomato cream sauce. Grilled artichoke with lemon garlic aioli; crusty baguette with fresh local olive oil; deviled eggs with garlic and capers all pair well with this.
