Nose

For those days when you want to enjoy your wine on the patio, this wine is ready for you. The light and crisp texture brings flavors of passion fruit, watermelon, pink grapefruit, jasmine, and white tea.

Palate

The finish is long and tastes of strawberry ice cream.

Winemaking

69% Mourvedre, 31% Grenache. This pleasingly light and dry rose is the product of dedicated grape picks, minimal skin contact, light pressing, and cold fermentation in stainless steel. Notes of strawberry shortcake and grapefruit lead to a crisp exciting finish. Serve on warm sunny days with basil garlic mussels and a baguette.

Food Pairing

Pair this wine with tea sandwiches, La Tur cheese with a baguette, and white chocolate bark with raspberries, roses and pistachios. The Oasis Rosé is an escape to a tropical isle, lounging on the beach with your toes in the sand, kind of wine. Garnish with a colorful cocktail parasol- we won’t judge. Cheers and Aloha!
