The 2019 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon features aromas of black cherry, red currant, cassis, and a touch of pencil lead.


The palate is soft and rich, exuding flavors of raspberry, blueberry, and a hint of cocoa. Lengthy, integrated tannins lead to a seamless finish.

Destemmed and fermented in closed
top fermentors, with delestage daily
for the first few days of fermentation
followed by open pump-overs two
to three times daily for an average
of 14 days.


Aged for 20 months in 100% French oak, 40% of the barrels were new.
