Nose
On the nose, this white version of the red Sangiovese grape comes across as citrus, grapefruit, clover and a hint of cream. All the things you would expect from a proper “white wine”.
Palate
The initial taste is acidic and stunning. This is a bright fruit forward cool drink of happiness. As you move forward with the next drink the wine takes its place on the mid-palate affirming this is a Sangiovese grape. Stone fruit, citrus zest, with a base layer of wet gravel and minerality.
Appearance
Clear to light straw with enough color to hint at its origins. No more, no less.
