The resulting wine gives a bouquet of
strawberries and violets. Sultry and smooth on the palate with fresh berries, cola and leather notes.

Growing Conditions

Our Grenache is planted on a high northwest facing ridge at 1600 ft
elevation. The soils are thin and characterized by shallow layers of
calcium and limestone formations.


The fruit is de-stemmed, fermented
in small open top fermenters and aged in select 500 liter French oak
puncheons for 18 months.
