Nose

The 2019 Carignan features aromas of pomegranate, raspberry, and a hint of fig.

Palate

The palate is driven by flavors of dried cranberries and blood orange. The finish is soft and concise.

Winemaking

Fermented in stainless steel tanks with
pump overs three times per day for
the first week. Pump overs were then
reduced to one time per day to avoid
heavy tannin extraction and maintain
bright fruit.

Pair with dark turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and sweet yams.
